Rental inquiries
The quote form is on the site. It is emailed only when the server has an email API credential, a sending identity, and a destination inbox. Until those are set, submitting the form does not send the inquiry, and the page says so. You can call instead.
When email delivery is configured, the form is sent to this site’s server, checked there, and emailed through Resend to Dry Ice Gear’s rental inbox. Your email address is used as the reply-to address. The message can include the equipment you selected, up to three comparison choices, and the application and compressed-air answers from Help me choose. A success message appears only after Resend accepts the message. That acceptance is not a promise about delivery to a person or how soon someone will reply.
This page does not state how long those emails are kept. We have not set a published retention period.
Measurement
No analytics service receives data unless a measurement endpoint is configured later. The events prepared in the site are inquiry acceptance, telephone-link clicks, equipment page views, comparison use, and completion of Help me choose. Those events are not built to include your name, email address, phone number, or the text of your message.
Search indexing
Pages stay noindex until an explicit production indexing flag and a configured site address are both set, and the deployment is a production environment. A robots.txt disallow does not by itself remove a URL that a search engine has already indexed.
