How to start
Call or send the quote form, tell us about the job, and wait for the reservation to be confirmed before the equipment goes out. When the gear arrives, we can walk you through startup.
How to stop
Stop the blast at the applicator gun, then follow the shutdown that comes with the rental. Call if the machine does not stop the way you expect.
Blasting tips
The rental includes one nozzle of your choice. The PCS 60 can cut a 3 mm pellet into a particle from 0.3 mm up to 3 mm. Tell us if the surface is delicate before you reserve, and we will help match the machine and nozzle.
Adding extensions
A rental includes a 20 ft blast hose. If you need more reach from the machine, we rent extension blast hoses in 20 ft increments.
Air dryers
If you are using a diesel air compressor, you must use an air dryer. It cools and dries the air before that air reaches the blaster. 350 and 700 models are available, including a size that can run two dry ice blasters. The dryer photo on this site is the Command Air 350.
Troubleshooting
If the blast fades, the hose clogs, or the machine does not feed, stop and call us. Tell us what the machine is doing and which model you have.

How do I choose the right machine?

What comes with the rental?
A standard rental is one machine, a 20 ft blast hose, a 25 ft air hose, one nozzle, and one applicator gun. Extra hose, another nozzle, an air dryer, and dry ice are separate.
Do I need to supply a compressor and power?
Yes. You supply the compressor and the power. If the compressor is diesel, the rental needs an air dryer. We confirm air and power for the Aero 40 before anything is reserved. The Aero 80 is published for 50–165 CFM of nozzle air at 80 psi, and power for that rental unit is confirmed with you. The PLT 60 is published for 40–250 psi and 110/230 V. The PCS 60 is published for 40–145 psi and 110/230 V.
How do I arrange dry ice?
If you do not plan to buy your own dry ice, we can include it in the quote. It is not included automatically with every rental. The machines load 3 mm pellets. A 500 lb tote is available.
Can I rent for a weekend?
Weekend rentals are available for nearby customers. Contact us to confirm the arrangements for your job.
What determines the rental price?
The price depends on how long you rent, the equipment, add-ons, delivery, dry ice, and whether you are a returning customer. This site does not list dollar amounts.
