Extra Air Hoses

Longer Air Hoses: Standard rentals include 25 ft of 1" air hose with 1" Chicago fittings. If your compressed air source is located far from the work zone, you can easily scale your reach:

  • Available Lengths: Choose from 25 ft, 50 ft, and 100 ft segments of 1" air hose.
  • Extended Reach: Combine sections to span several hundred feet to your air compressor when the job requires it.
  • Locking fittings: A 50 ft and a 25 ft hose make 75 ft; two 100 ft hoses make 200 ft.

Extra Blast Hoses

Add Extension Blast Hoses Reach up to 60 feet or more from the machine by combining two or three 20’ hoses. This setup allows you to efficiently tackle high ceilings, hard-to-reach areas, or in congested areas where the machine cannot be easily moved.

  • Working at height: On ceilings, high machines, or from a lift, the machine stays on the floor and the hoses reach up to the blast tech in the basket.
  • Hard-to-move machines: Where moving the machine is impractical or slow, extra hose speeds the work.
  • Dry ice close by: Full pellet totes weigh about 580 lb. When the tote can’t sit next to the job, extra hose keeps loading quick for continuous blasting.
  • Aero 40 and Aero 80: Use 1.25" extension hoses. We can set the machine up for them at rental time, or give you instructions to do it yourself.
  • PLT 60 and PCS 60: Use 1" hoses throughout, so no setup is needed.

Aftercooler Air Dryers for Diesel Compressors

Required with a diesel compressor. Diesel compressors put out hot, moist air. Water in the air lines jams the dry ice pellets, hurts blasting performance, and damages equipment, so a portable aftercooler is required even if the compressor has a built-in aftercooler.

  • One or two machines: Models support one or two blasting systems. Most customers use one aftercooler per machine.
  • Cools, filters, and dries: A pneumatic fan over a large radiator, a coalescing particulate filter, and a separate water filter.
  • Hookup: 1" Chicago two-lug fittings on the inlet and outlet. A 25 ft, 1" air hose from the compressor is included.
  • Air use: The fan uses about 25 CFM. Count it in your compressor capacity. We recommend a compressor rated 375 to 400 CFM at 150 PSI or higher.
  • Specs: 233 SCFM at 100 psi, 230 psi max, 48 × 26.6 × 18.75 in, 180 lb single-machine or 205 lb two-machine model.

Nozzles

Add a Second Nozzle Having another nozzle gives you maximum versatility when tackling mixed surfaces or varying cleaning demands on the same job:

  • Short nozzles: Ideal for navigating tight, confined spaces.
  • 1" nozzles: Deliver concentrated power for heavy, tough buildup.
  • Wide 3" or 4" fan nozzles: Cover large walls quickly and efficiently for lighter cleaning.
  • Variable nozzles: A round dial breaks the dry ice into smaller particles for a more delicate blast.
  • MERN nozzles: The tip slants front to back.
  • Nozzle extensions: 1 ft tubes that link together to add reach past the gun.
