Differences we can state now

The Aero 80FP has an 80 lb hopper and blast pressure up to 300 psi. The Aero 40FP has a 40 lb hopper and blast pressure up to 250 psi. Both have a max feed rate of 6.0 lb/min. Aero 40 air consumption is not confirmed on this site.

The PLT 60 is an Aero2 pellet machine published up to 250 psi, with a 1 in blast path and nozzle air of 50–165 CFM at 80 psi. The PCS 60 is an Aero2 particle-control machine published at 20–145 psi, with a 3/4 in blast path, particles from 0.3 mm to 3 mm, and nozzle air of 12–100 CFM at 80 psi. Cold Jet describes a smaller particle at lower pressure for delicate surfaces. That is context, not a guarantee.
